We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The service, attention to details, and facilities were top-notch. The check-in staff, particularly Joy, was incredibly helpful and friendly. We loved the free hotel shuttle that runs every 15 minutes and the fact that the hotel is located right next to the Ritz and the Galaxy Casino, where all the buzz and excitement can be found. The hotel facilities and amenities were well-maintained, and the pool was massive. Additionally, the staff made us feel like we were on vacation, taking care of every little detail to ensure we could relax and enjoy our getaway.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city! The service at the Urban Kitchen and Executive Lounge was exceptional. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and attentive. The room was clean, spacious, and had an awesome view. The hotel facilities, especially the swimming pool and pool bar, were clean and beautiful. The breakfast was amazing, and the location was perfect, close to casinos, shopping malls, and all the buzz.

The hotel had amazing facilities, including a huge room with a full-size window and great amenities. The breakfast selection was one of the best I've had, and the value for money was fantastic. The staff, especially Nina at the Front Desk, provided excellent service and were friendly and helpful. The cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel facilities were top-notch, and the hotel offered free shuttle transportation every 15 minutes, making it convenient to get around.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Ciccy. She provided excellent information during check-in. The room was clean and quiet, despite ongoing construction outside. The room size was sufficient for two people, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel also has a great pool, perfect for swimming and fun for kids. Additionally, the location of the hotel allowed for easy walking access to nearby attractions such as Venetian, the Londoner, and the Parisian.
