We had an excellent stay at this hotel, enjoying the newly renovated pool facilities and the complimentary welcome drink. The staff were extremely hospitable and even surprised us with a honeymoon gift. The hotel's Japanese restaurant, Yamazato, provided a memorable dining experience. The location was convenient, with easy access to Taipa Village, and the shuttle buses made exploring the city a breeze.
Cannot find a single fault.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was excellent, and the staff were fabulous. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the club lounge and its tea break and evening cocktail offerings. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff's attention to detail, from toiletries to bedroom slippers, was impressive. The gym and indoor pool were also very nice. The location within the complex was convenient for traveling with elderly and young children, and the pool for kids was excellent.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect, from the cleanliness of the hotel to the friendly and polite staff. The room was excellent and the amenities provided were top-notch. The breakfast was also perfect, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was near the casino and I had free access to the Galaxy aquapark. I want to give a special mention to Miss Gloria and her staff, as well as the Healthclub staff, for their exceptional service.
