I had a great stay at the hotel. The spacious rooms were comfortable and had all the necessary comforts. The location was convenient, with attractions and the ferry terminal within walking distance. The hotel provided a free shuttle bus to the ferry terminal every 20 minutes, making transportation easy. The staff was polite and helpful. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, suitable for both Western and Asian tastes.

The staff at reception were extremely helpful and friendly. They willingly changed our large notes into smaller ones, explained the shuttle services and IHG membership, and even upgraded us to a bigger room. The room itself was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a separate bath and a glass partition with blinds for privacy. The amenities provided were great, including shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, comb. Room service was quick and responsive, and there were plenty of TV channels to choose from.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The hotel had excellent cleanliness and well-maintained facilities. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful, especially Katherine, Dala, and Karl. The location was convenient, within walking distance of major casinos and the old Portuguese district. Additionally, there were good dining options in the surrounding area.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Macau. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was well kept. Check-in went smoothly, and we were even given an upgrade. The location of the hotel was ideal as it was close to the center of interests, such as the Ruins of Saint Paul's and the ferry terminal. We liked that the hotel had various facilities including restaurants, a swimming center, spa, fitness club, and even a casino. The staff were kind and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable.
