We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were outstanding and incredibly helpful in making amendments to our travel plans. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the proximity to the shopping mall was fantastic. The hotel is centrally located in Cotai, with Taipa Village within walking distance and surrounded by other large hotels. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the comfortable beds and good-sized rooms provided a pleasant stay. Additionally, the hotel's free shuttle buses were convenient for transportation to the airport and other casinos/hotels.

I had a fantastic stay here! The room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds. The bathroom was impressive, with a sparkling clean bathtub and a separate shower room. I loved the independent lights in the room, allowing me to adjust the mood. The hotel's location was great, as it was close enough to City of Dreams to walk to the free shuttle bus terminal for even more shuttle bus services. The hotel also had a choice of heated pools and normal pools, with plenty of sunbeds available. the hotel facilities were top-notch.
There was nothing I didn't like.

Transportation options were convenient, with a taxi stand within the hotel area and a bus-stop just opposite, making it easy to explore the city. The location of the hotel was great, being in the middle of the casino area and close to shops and convention halls. The staff were friendly, well-trained, and always helpful.
Couldn't stay longer.
