I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The bed, pillows, and comforter were incredibly comfortable. The staff at the reception were very accommodating and even helped me with phone calls for my hotel in HK. The 'Handy' cellphone provided by the hotel was a unique and convenient feature. It had a 4G network and allowed me to make calls in neighboring countries, serving as a useful tour guide during my trip. The hotel's location was excellent, just a block away from another well-known hotel and a short walk to major attractions like Senado Square. The room was clean and well-equipped, with complimentary treats and beverages in the fridge and a modern design.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even holding our bags for us and allowing us to use the restaurant as a workspace. The room we were given was quiet and spacious, exactly what we requested. The hotel was well located, close to historic sights and local eateries. The cleanliness of the property was top-notch, and the nautical-themed design added a unique touch. we were very pleased with our experience.
